Prepare all ingredients. Slice the potatoes and steam them until cooked, then set aside.

First, open the can of tuna and make sure to drain the oil. Chop the boiled egg into small pieces. In a large bowl, combine all the tuna salad ingredients.

Mix well with a spoon and set aside.

Place shredded cheese on the three slices of bread and bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 8 minutes (depending on your oven) until the cheese melts.

While the bread is toasting, slice the tomato and cucumber. Marinate the cucumber slices with sugar for 10 minutes to remove bitterness, then rinse with cold water and squeeze dry. Set aside.

Layer the toasted bread with the prepared ingredients as shown in the picture (feel free to mix and match).

Cut the stacked sandwich into appropriate sizes and enjoy your breakfast!
