Ingredients

  1. 8 ozof pepperoni (chopped )
  2. 1onion (chopped )
  3. 1green pepper (chopped )
  4. 32egg roll wrappers
  5. 2jars of your favorite pizza sauce
  6. 1lb. of spicy sausage browned and drained.
  7. 5 cupof pizza cheese
  8. 1oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown and drain sausage. Cool slightly. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined well.

  2. 2

    Fill each wrapper with 1/4 cup of pizza mixture.

  3. 3

    Roll wrapper burrito style and seal edges with water.

  4. 4

    Use a fry daddy or pan filled with one inch of oil. Fry each side one to two minutes per side until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with pizza sauce on the side for dipping :)
