Use the direct method: Mix the ingredients for 9 minutes -> Basic fermentation for 30 minutes -> Flip and ferment for another 30 minutes -> Intermediate fermentation for 20 minutes.

Shape into a triangle and let it proof for a final 50 minutes.

Before baking, gently score the middle of the bread with a blade.

Bake at 450°F (230°C) top heat / 410°F (210°C) bottom heat for 23 minutes.
