Steps
- 1
Warm the noodles in their package in the microwave for about 1 minute.
- 2
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables. Once cooked, remove them. Do not add salt and pepper here to prevent water from being released.
- 3
In the same pan, add the meat and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic, ginger, and 1 pack of the included sauce, and stir-fry without burning.
- 4
Once the meat is cooked, remove it and place it on top of the vegetables from step 2.
- 5
In the same pan, add the noodles. Once they are loosened, add 2 packs of the included sauce and season well. You can add extra sauce if you like.
- 6
Return the vegetables and meat to the noodles and lightly stir-fry together. It's ready to serve.
