Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 grbaby kailan
  • 20 grground beef
  • 3 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse baby kailan and drain

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic over a medium heat until it's fragrant

  3. 3

    Add in ground beef, stir for about 5 mins. Add in oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Add in baby kailan, stir for about 2 mins, lower the heat and it's ready to serve

  5. 5
