Cut the beef in very thin slices before marinating with sate sauce, soya sauce and a tea spoon of sesame sauce.

Cut the kailan in very small slices.

Boil the rice noodles until half cooked.
- 4
Fry the beef in a pan until half cooked before taking out.
- 5
Fry the kailan until soft before adding the drained rice noodles to the pan
- 6
Put the beef back to the pan until fully cooked.
