1 lbGround Beef or Chuck
1Fajita Seasoning
1 canCorn
12Corn Tortillas
1vegetable oil
1Chopped Lettuce
1Diced Tomatoes
1Sour Cream
2Avocados mushed to make guacamole
1Salsa of choice
1Shredded Cheese of choice

Steps

Brown beef with the fajita seasoning and drain

Add can of corn into beef and mix. This will be the filling for the tacos
3

Fry tortillas in pan using vegetable oil. Fold them in half to make the taco shells
4

Fill shells with beef mix
5

Add the remaining toppings
