Parmesan oysters
Baked oysters under fresh spinach and Triscuit cracker.
Steps

First use muffin pans to ensure each oyster cooks easily. Basing the pan with butter or cooking spray. Lay single in each row. Top firstly, with hot sauce.

Once evenly covered, sprinkle your Parmesan cheese and then garlic powder and parsley. Pre heat oven to 420. Cook time is ten to fifteen minutes.

Once pulled out of oven let your oysters cool for about five minutes. This is so the fresh spinach doesn't weld. Take your cracker, place a single piece of spinach and lay your oyster a top. Party ready to serve!
