Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 1/2daikon radish
  • 6chicken drumettes
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonssake
  • 3 tablespoonsmirin
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 1/4 inchesgarlic paste
  • 2 inchesginger paste
  • 2 teaspoonsdashi stock powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the daikon into 1 1/4-inch thick rounds, peel, and then quarter them.

  2. 2

    Place the chicken drumettes and daikon in the pot. Add water, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, garlic paste, ginger paste, and dashi stock powder.

  3. 3

    Set the pressure cooker and cook under pressure for about 20 minutes, then it's done!
