Cut the daikon into 1 1/4-inch thick rounds, peel, and then quarter them.

Place the chicken drumettes and daikon in the pot. Add water, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, garlic paste, ginger paste, and dashi stock powder.

Set the pressure cooker and cook under pressure for about 20 minutes, then it's done!
