  3. 10mini peppers (winesweet)
  4. 1/2onion
  5. Salt and pepper (to taste)

    Bake/broil the crab cake and simultaneously cook rice and sauté peppers and onions (very simple but delicious meal)

    Serve with glass of chardonnay or albariño
