Easy Cheese Sauce♪

Name: Easy Cheese Sauce♪
Yield: 1 serving (about 60 grams)

Ingredients

1 serving (about 60 grams)

2 tablespoonsmilk (about 30 ml)
1/2 teaspooncornstarch
1 ouncemelting cheese (about 30 grams)

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the cornstarch and milk well.

Add the melting cheese and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.

Take it out and mix well. Return to the microwave and heat for another 30 seconds. Take it out and mix well to finish.

Of course, you can also make it in a pot. Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat on low, stirring until it reaches your desired thickness.
