Chicken-Carrot Patties for Burger Filling

I wanted to make my own burgers, so I started by making the chicken patties... This recipe is similar to how I make nuggets, but I shape them larger and fry them directly. I always add chopped carrots because my son loves them. Since they're a bit thick, fry them over low heat, flipping until the chicken patties are thoroughly cooked inside and out. Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Once mixed, shape into flat rounds in several portions.

After shaping the mixture into rounds, dip them into the beaten egg white and immediately coat with bread crumbs evenly, pressing gently. Flatten the rounds like making potato patties. While pressing, coat evenly with bread crumbs. Set aside.

Continue until done, then store in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes to set.

Once set, remove and fry in plenty of hot oil over medium heat. Fry until cooked, then drain. Crispy Chicken Burgers are ready to be enjoyed with burger buns and other burger toppings.. ☺

This recipe makes 12 pieces with a 2.75-inch diameter.
