A pure case of a lil bit’o this and a tad of this , then a lotta that, until you got something tasty. If’n you’re lucky, you get asked to make it again!
Cooking Instructions

Mix first 7 ingredients together until well blended.

Cover work area with plastic wrap. Turn burger mixture out onto plastic wrap.

Using hands pat out into a rectangle. Scatter top with mozzarella then scatter the pepperonis over cheese.

Start at short end, using plastic wrap, gently fold over and roll into a log. Pinch ends together. Freeze up to an hour. Remove from freezer.

Slice into 1 inch slices, place in hot skillet and cook until done, turning as necessary. OR cook in air fryer for 10 minutes.

Top with your favorite condiments.
