Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana washed and soaked
  2. 3medium size potatoes boiled peeled and grated
  3. 1 tbspfresh ground black pepper
  4. 2-3green chilli chopped or as per your spice taste
  5. Fasting salt or Normal salt as per your taste
  6. 1 tbspfresh roasted crushed peanuts
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First washed and soaked sabudana for at least half an hour..

  2. 2

    Seive all water and cover drained sabudana in seiver and cover it and keep it aside for at least 2 hours so that sabudana can fluff up and will not sticky..

  3. 3

    Ina big bowl add Sabudana grated potatoes black pepper salt crushed peanuts chopped coriander chopped green chilli and Mix well and make a dough out of it..

  4. 4

    Make vada size balls

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan when oil is hot enough fry these Sabudana Vada in medium flame till brown in color

  6. 6

    Serve hot with raw mango chutney or any sauce.happy fasting
