Add some milk to Maida

Add Cocoa powder

Add sugar

Add butter

Then make it in any shape and keep it in the oven for 1 hour

Now we have to make the cream for the biscuit

First add vanilla essence with icing cream

Add some milk with it

Add icing sugar

Then take out the biscuits from the oven and spread the cream
