Ingredients

  • rice
  • prawns
  • crayfish
  • stock fish
  • groundnut oil
  • onions
  • seasoning powder (two regular sachets to a cup of rice)
  • to tastesalt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice

  2. 2

    Cut onions and prepare crayfish and prawns

  3. 3

    In a hot pot, put groundnut oil. when hot, saute onions, crayfish and prawns.

  4. 4

    Pour adequate water

  5. 5

    Put seasoning powder, pepper, salt and stock fish. Bring to a boil.

  6. 6

    Add parboiled rice and allow to cook till desired.
