400 gcan no-added-salt brown lentils, drained
1/2 clovegarlic, chopped
2spring onions (including green tops), sliced
1 bunchEnglish spinach leaves, shredded or 250g cooked green beans
150 greduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
1 punnetcherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbswalnuts, chopped
Dressing
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspDijon mustard
1 Tbspolive oil

1.Combine lentils, garlic, onion, spinach and feta in a mixing bowl.

Mix dressing in a small bowl.
