Make the cheese dough. Soften the unsalted butter in a bowl. Add the granulated sugar and mix well, then gradually add the egg.

Sift together the all-purpose flour and cheese powder, add to the mixture, and lightly combine.

Shape into a log about 1x2 inches and wrap in parchment paper, then chill in the refrigerator.

Make the black tea dough in the same way and chill.

Take out the dough, layer the two types, and shape into a square column about 2x2 inches.

Cut in half lengthwise, combine to form a checkerboard pattern, and chill again in the refrigerator.

Cut the dough into slices about 1/3 inch thick and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 15-17 minutes.
