Bacon crust with baked egg ponds

Heat oven to 200 degrees

Cut crustoff bread, set aside

Cut bacon into strips (put one cut strip aside diced for top) and wrap the rest around crust an put on tray brush with melted butter

Roll out the bread flatting it a bit an in greased muffin tray brush bread with melted butter

Put both bread an bacon crust in oven for approx 10 min
- 6
Turn bacon crust an put back in oven take bread cups out
- 7
Crack an egg in each an a little diced bacon around edge of eggs a pinch of chives

Dip your bacon crust into your egg. Enjoy

Put back in oven for appox 8or 9min untill whites look cooked but yolk still soft
