Yaki Ramen with Charumera Miyazaki Spicy Noodles

Ready in no time! Since you use less of the soup powder, it's milder than eating it as regular ramen. Pairs perfectly with a cold beer!
Recipe background:
I often make yaki ramen with Umakacchan, but I thought it might be delicious with Miyazaki Spicy Noodles too. The noodles in Miyazaki Spicy Noodles are a bit harder to separate and turn out a little softer. If you don't like softer noodles, this might not be for you.

I often make yaki ramen with Umakacchan, but I thought it might be delicious with Miyazaki Spicy Noodles too. The noodles in Miyazaki Spicy Noodles are a bit harder to separate and turn out a little softer. If you don't like softer noodles, this might not be for you.
Steps
- 1
Beat the egg. Bring 1 cup (250 ml) of water to a boil. Open the Miyazaki Spicy Noodles package, take out the noodles, and open the soup powder packet. Roughly chop the garlic chives.
- 2
Heat a little sesame oil in a frying pan and add the bean sprouts. Once they're coated in oil, pour in the boiling water. The bean sprouts should still be crisp. Add the noodles. Keep the heat on high.
- 3
After about 1 minute, flip the noodles. Wait another minute. Once the noodles start to loosen, the water will quickly evaporate. Add the garlic chives and a heaping teaspoon of soup powder.
- 4
Push the noodles and vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the egg into the empty space. When the egg is about half-cooked, mix everything together and it's done!
- 5
The leftover soup powder is great for simmered dishes. Just season with the soup powder and a little sugar for a deliciously sweet and spicy flavor! Highly recommended.

There are lots of yaki ramen recipes using Umakacchan noodles, so check those out too. Umakacchan noodles separate easily, so use 3/4 cup (200 ml) of hot water.
- 7
Use 1/3 to 1/2 of the soup powder packet. Using half makes it quite salty. Thinly sliced vegetables like cabbage mix well with the noodles and are recommended.

Puu-chan measured the Miyazaki Spicy Noodles soup powder for this recipe! 4 grams is just right. Thank you!

Gunyu-maru-chan made this with Neoguri, and Mitsusayapon-chan made it with Shin Ramyun. You can make it deliciously even if you don't use Miyazaki Spicy Noodles!

Simmer thick fried tofu with just the leftover soup powder and sugar for a spicy, tasty dish!

I also tried this with Sapporo Ichiban New Tantanmen. It turns out milder than with Miyazaki Spicy Noodles. Even if you add all the included chili pepper, it's a good level of spiciness!
