Steps

Roast broken wheat till aroma comes. Roast on low flame. Than soak for 1/2 hour.

In a pan boil milk. Add soaked broken wheat. Remove water. Boil on medim flame. Stir continouesly. The wheat will become fluffy.. Now add condensed milk. Stir well.

Add kesar, kishmish, cardamom powder. Stir well. Garnish with chopped almonds.
