Ingredients

12large mushrooms, stems removed
4 ozcream cheese
2 ozcrumbled blue cheese
6 dasheshot sauce
6 slicesbacon
to tasteSalt & pepper

Steps

Grease pan and heat oven 375

Precook bacon 5-9 minutes (exact time TBD)

In bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce

Stuff mixture into mushroom caps

Wrap bacon around circumference of mushrooms and hold with toothpicks

Bake appx 20 min (exact time TBD)
