Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take the pie crust out of the freezer and put it back to room temperature.
- 2
Pre-heat the oven to 170ºC.
- 3
Slice the mushrooms and onion. Cut the bacon and ham in thick dice.
- 4
Brown all the ingredients from ③ in a fry pan coated with olive oil.
- 5
Line the oven-safe pan of your choice with some baking paper. Then lay out the pie crust dough in the pan. Stab it a few times with a fork, then lay out some shredded cheese in the bottom.
- 6
Put eggs, cream, pepper and paprika in a bowl then mix until uniform.
- 7
Gently pour the egg mixture in the pie dough, then add the ingredients from ③.
- 8
Top with shredded cheese, and cut or fold the excess of dough on the sides.
- 9
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
- 10
When nearing completion, check if the inside is baked by stabbing a knife in the egg mixture. If the knife comes out dry, then you're done!
- 11
It looks good when the cheese on top is well grilled and forms a golden crust, but make sure not to burn it!
- 12
Bon appétit !

The quiche I bought in store tasted terrible, since then, I cooked many quiche recipes. While resting the pastry in fridge, make the filling. Adjust the cooking time depending on the oven. If the quiche starts burning, cover with aluminum foil. For 24-26cm [9.4-10.2 in] round mold. Recipe by Engel cookpad.japan -

Fluffy Extra Cheesy Quiche Lorraine Fluffy Extra Cheesy Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is probably the most traditional form of quiche. Aside from the eggs the primary, and highlighted, ingredients are bacon and shredded cheese (generally swiss). This is just my version of the dish which always turns out so light and fluffy. StephieCanCook -
