1 lbground beef
1 tsponion powder
1/2 cupheavy cream
1/2 cupmayonaise
3eggs beaten
to tastegarlic powder
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
to tastesalt and pepper

Put browned beef in bottom of 9" pie pan

Mix other ingredients in bowl and place over beef

Bake at 350 F for 40-45 min
