Peel the patatoes, chop them in little cubes and boil it. When the patatoes are almost done finely chop the onion and add it to the water

When the patatoes and the onion are coocked drain them and let it cool.

Take a bowl and add eggs, choped presley, as much cheese as you want, the drained patatoes and onion, salt and pepper. Stir everything without crushing the patatoes too much.

Put baking paper on the baking tray and spread some oil on it; now add the mixture and let it cook for about 15/20 min at 150°C
