In a pot, boil two chicken thighs for about 20 minutes, put some oil in the water around 30 ml and some mixed spices (vegeta)

After boiling the chicken thighs, take them out as in the first pic and let them cool down. Also, save the water where you boiled the chicken thighs. (In another bowl)

Chop a red onion and a white onion. If you don't have red onion, it's okay.
Chop them and set them aside. - 4
Clean the chicken meat from the bones like in the photo and start with preparation of the soup

In some oil, put in the chopped onions and mix until they soften a bit.

Once the onions have softened, put in the chicken meat and mix thoroughly.

Then, proceed by adding the spices as shown in the photo and stir.

Add in the water where we boiled the chicken thighs and let it simmer.

Once it starts to simmer, add in the one cup of rice and let it boil at medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

After boiling for 20 to 30 minutes, in a small bowl: 1 tbsp of goulash mixture that comes in a powdered form, ½ of tbsp of flour, 20 ml of oil and about 100 ml of warm water and mix it really well.

Pour the mixture into the chicken soup. And if the texture is too thick, you can add just a little bit of water. Let that all come together for 5 minutes and serve it hot. Enjoy!
