Banana Stem Juice is a great one to flush out Kidney stones. This is beneficial for people suffering from it for whom it is important to drink once or twice a Month. You need to drink it as it is. Nothing much complicated at all. A pinch of Salt can be added for a little flavour.

Banana Stem is a diuretic and hence helps in detoxification. Not only for Kidney stones, it is absolutely beneficial for Anaemia, Diabetes, Urinary tract infections, weight regulation etc. The easiest way to consume it is by making a Juice of it. Also keep in mind that the Juice needs to be strained because of the tough Fiber. It can be enjoyed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
It also helps in constipation and significantly reduces weight because it is rich in Fiber. And also in Potassium and Vitamin B6 just like the Fruit itself. It is cold in nature and hence recommended in tropical regions. Potassium in it also helps regulate the Blood pressure levels reducing the risk of hypertension and eventually promoting overall Cardiovascular health.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
