Red rice pulav

Soak the rice for two hours, add salt and peas and steam it to 80 percent

Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add cumin and asafoetida and add the onion and saute
When the onion turns pink in color, add ginger and chilies
Then add carrots, tomatoes and cabbage to it - 3
Now add spices to it and add soaked garam masala and chilli powder in a bowl and add it
Now add lemon juice to it
Add rice at last and mix it and serve. - 4
So this is how your very healthy red rice pulao is prepared.
