Take all ingredients in a grinding jar. Roughly grind the mixture. Transfer in a bowl. Keep aside. Wash the beetroot. Peel and cut in juliennes. Take a large jar. Add water and all ingredients into the jar. Mix everything well. Cover it with cotton cloth. Leave it for upto 4-5 days.

Keep it in sunlight. Stir it once during the day. Ferment it for 4-5 days.

Now Beetroot kanji is ready to enjoy..... 😋😋
