Picadillo My Way

Yesterday I opened an avocado thinking it was ripe, but it turned out to be really hard 😂. So I put it in the food processor to chop it into tiny pieces, and since nothing goes to waste here, I came up with this way to use it, along with some other leftovers I had in the fridge lol.

Steps
- 1
Simply chop all the ingredients into very small pieces.
- 2
Be sure to remove the germ from the garlic clove to make it easier to digest.
- 3
Once everything is chopped, mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the can of tuna (I use tuna in water, but use whichever kind you prefer). Season with salt, lemon juice (to taste), vinegar, and olive oil.
- 4
Let it chill in the fridge for a while. You can eat it on its own, as a side, in a sandwich, on toast, or however you like. Get creative! And as always, enjoy!
