Into the bottom of a glass bowl, whatever size the bowl is, for example a soup tureen, a cereal bowl, or a small mold pour the honey so it covers the bottom of the bowl

Dice cucumbers, celery, onion or shallots, and depending on what you want out of it add, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, and/or ghost pepper or habanero

Pour a quick shake of garlic powder over the honey and add soy to cover most of the top of the portion of honey

Toasted walnuts and coconut can be fun here

Mix it up

As half of it to your ramen and protein and cook very slow about four minutes
