Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the ground pork in a bowl, add the marinade ingredients, and sprinkle in a little water. Mix in one direction with chopsticks or your hands until the meat turns pale and sticky.

Wash the mushrooms, drain well, and remove the stems.

Finely chop the removed mushroom stems and mix them into the pork filling. Stir until well combined.

Fill the mushroom caps with the pork mixture and smooth the tops. The sticky pork filling will stay attached to the mushrooms during baking.
