Combine all the flours together in a bowl
Add onion, coriander, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic and chilli paste and mix well.Now add curd, water and knead soft dough.

Make medium size balls and flatten it on banana leaf or wet muslin cloth or chakala { roti belne wala pata } make holes you can see in pic

Transfer on the hot griddle after few seconds add ghee on holes & sides and cook with ghee from both side until golden brown.see the pic
Serve hot with curd and white butter 🧈
Forget to take pic with yogurt & butter 🧈
