1/2 cup curd
200 gm Gourd (lauki)
2 TspOil
1 tspjira
2Green mirchi
8,10Curry patta
Salt as per taste
2 TspGroundnut
1 TspRed mirch powder
2 1/2 cup water

On the Flame add oil in a pan jira green, mirchi, curry patta, shingdana,. Add moraiyo curd & water. Mix with Spatula properly.

Cook for 5 to 7minutes. Lid it. Ready now.
