Ingredients

  1. 3 cuppasta
  2. 2,3 spoonoil
  3. 2capsicum
  4. 1onion
  5. 3,4green chilli
  6. Some chopped 🥕
  7. Salt
  8. 2 spoontomato sauce
  9. 1 spoonpaste sauce
  10. 1 tspSejwan chutney
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  14. 1 or more maggi masala
  15. 1 tsp🍋 juice

    First boil,three cup pasta five minutes. In the time of boiling pasta add one spoon oil and 1/2 spoon salt.
    Then strain and rinse with cold water

    Then heat the kadhai and pour one or more serving spoon oil.
    Then pour hing, mustard seeds, then chopped onion, chilli, capsicum, tomato 🍅, and some carrot if you have.

    Then after three, four minutes add coriander and turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, sejwan chutney, pasta sauce,1/2 tsp salt, lemon juice in it.Mix it very well then add strain pasta and sprinkle pasta masala or maggi masala.
    Stir one minute then turn off the gas.
