First boil,three cup pasta five minutes. In the time of boiling pasta add one spoon oil and 1/2 spoon salt.
Then strain and rinse with cold water - 2
Then heat the kadhai and pour one or more serving spoon oil.
Then pour hing, mustard seeds, then chopped onion, chilli, capsicum, tomato 🍅, and some carrot if you have. - 3
Then after three, four minutes add coriander and turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, sejwan chutney, pasta sauce,1/2 tsp salt, lemon juice in it.Mix it very well then add strain pasta and sprinkle pasta masala or maggi masala.
Stir one minute then turn off the gas. - 4
Serve hot 🔥. 😋
