Steps

Sear pork in a big wok. Set aside.

Sautee garlic, ginger and onions. Avoid burning.

Put back pork. Continue sauteeing for 3 mins.

Add bagoong alamang. Continue sauteeing.

Add coconut creme. Let it boil/simmer.

Add laing leaves. Calculate just enough that the coconut creme can cover. (Make sure laing leaves are soaked in coconut creme.)

Let the Laing simmer for 20 mins. Don't mix too much.

Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is orange in color. Don't overcook the shrimp. Check shells that it doesn't shrink.

Add siling haba and siling labuyo. Simmer for the last 5 mins.
