When you order this at any restaurant in Obihiro city, there's so much meat that you can't see the rice below! When prepared at home, each family has their own spin to it. My family prefers the seasoning to be concentrated.Watch the meat as it cooks as cheap cuts of meat will become rubbery if cooked for too long. It's best if you use fresh cuts of meat, even if it's cheap.I recommend using pork loin or belly for ultimate results. Use the leftover sauce in fried rice. Recipe by Manacchi cookpad.japan -
