Grilled Cod in three marinades
Fish is a very delicate product and at the same time accepts any spice well. This is a great idea if you want something new and interesting.

Steps

Wash the cod fillet and dry. Cut lengthwise into narrow strips.

Prepare the first marinade. Add chopped garlic and dill to kefir, salt to taste.

Prepare the second marinade. Add lemon juice, salt and fish spices to olive oil.

Prepare the third marinade. Mix the three indicated sauces, add honey and mustard grains. Try it. Balance to your taste.

Place the same number of fish strips in each marinade. Leave for 20 minutes

Place one strip of each marinade on parchment paper. Carefully combine them with each other. Close the edges of the parchment like an envelope.

Fry the improvised envelopes on both sides in a grill pan, or over coals, for two minutes.

Parchment paper helps prevent the product from burning and causing unnecessary odors.
