1 No. (Chopped)Muskmelon
2 Tsp (Optional)Sugar
CubesIce
1 TspSabja Seeds
Water
3-4 tbspVermicelli
2 tbspMango ice cream/ vanilla ice cream
Chopped Nuts(mix dry fruits)
1-2 tbspRed Rose syrup
2 tbspTuti fruity
Pinchfood colour yellow 🟡

Soak the basil seeds in water for 15 mins.
Cook the vermicelli and keep it aside.

Remove the seeds, peel off the skin of muskmelon and chop it into small pieces.
Put all the muskmelon pieces in a mixer jar.
Add sugar, food colour and ice cubes to the mixer jar and grind everything into a nice smooth juice.

For assembling the falooda, take a tall glass.
Put 1-2 spoons of soaked sabja/ basil seeds in the bottom of the glass.
Add the cooked vermicelli to it.

Pour the muskmelon juice and on the top, place 2 tbsp of the mango ice cream 🍦

Garnish the ice cream on the top, Rose 🌹 red sharbat with chopped nuts and tuti futi..
