Chutney,a condiment in Indian cuisine, chutney with Brinjal is tasty and easy to make.
Steps

Wash and chop baingan,heat oil in a pan and add dals, curry leaves, capsicum,red chilli and saute for a while.

Off the flame add awla and coriander stalks,salt, and jagarry.

Cool the mixture and grind it in a mixi jar to smooth (add little water if needed).
- 4
Brinjal/baingan ka chutney is ready to serve/ enjoy with any meal or with rice/ roti.
