First heat the cooker, with oil then add clove,cardamom, bay leaf, mustard seeds, cumin seeds.

When it started crackle, add chopped onion,then ginger garlic paste..Roast it.

Then add all the masala, stir and then add tomatoes paste and mixed well.

After two minutes, add chopped vegetables and mix it again, then cover the lid of cooker or pan for three,four minutes in sim flame.

Then add salt and one glass of water,pavbhaji masala and cover the lid of cooker.

Give only one whistle in sim flame then open the lid and cook 3 minutes in open position and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Then turn off the gas.
