  • 200 gmUrad with skin
  • 3dry red chilli
  • 1 tbsblack pepper
  • Salt
  • 8/10Curry leaves
  • 100 gmcoconut (wet or dry)
  • Water
  • 1Onion (optional)
  • 400 mlOil for frying

    Soak urad dal over night.wash and grind.add red chilli, curry leaves.coconut and pepper.while grinding.

    Add salt and water as required,beat well make it fluffy to get good vada. I added finely chopped onion for extra flavour.
