Ingredients

  1. 1kilo lean ground pork
  2. 3-4medium onions
  3. 3-4medium tomatoes
  4. 1 headgarlic
  5. 10 pcsgreen olives
  6. 1-2green or red bell pepper (sliced small,diced)
  7. 1medium carrots (sliced small/diced)
  8. 1medium potatoes (sliced small/diced)
  9. 1/2 cuptomato paste
  10. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  11. 2 tbspOlive oil
  12. 1/4 slicebutter
  13. 1 tspspanish paprika
  14. 1/2 tsporegano
  15. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  16. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  17. 1pork cubes
  18. 1/2 cupraisins
  19. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  20. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  21. 1 1/2 cupwater or as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and strain well ground pork. Set aside.

    Sautee garlic, onion, tomatoes in olive oil and butter.

  3. 3

    Add ground pork. Then flavor with oyster sauce, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper and black pepper.

    Add pork cubes.

    Add 1/2 cup water.

    Continue sauteeing until pork is almost cooked.

    Add: raisins, potatoes, carrots and bell pepper.

    Put tomato paste.

    Mix with 1 cup water and cover. Simmer for 5 mins until potatoes and carrots are cooked.

    Put olives.

    Add brown sugar.

  9. 9

    Season with salt.
