  • 1 cupHung curd
  • 1/2 bowlFinely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tbspRoasted flax seeds powder
  • 1Green chilli
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours then prepared raita.
    Beat the curd.
    Add sugar,salt and black salt and mix well.

    Add grated cucumber,green chilli and roasted flax seeds powder in the curd and mix well.
