  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1/2 cupgrated cucumber
  • 1/4 tspcrushed garlic
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspolive oil

  1. 1

    Firstly mix very lil salt in grated cucumber, rest it for 15 minutes, squeeze it, leave the water, keep aside.

    Take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, cucumber, garlic, salt & black pepper powder, mix it well.

    Add olive oil now, mix it well. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
