Steps

Wash tindas and wipe.Remove stems.Cut into pieces. Chop onion.

Roast coconut and poppy seeds.Grind into mixer.chop tomato.

In a karahi add oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add chopped onion.Saute for two minutes.Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and garam masala.Add tomato.

Cook and add tinda pieces and required water with salt.Add coconut and poppy seeds masala.Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Add one tspoon jaggery powder.When tinde gets tender turn off the gas.Our tinda masala curry is ready to Garnish with coriander leaves.
