Wash, wipe and grate bottle gourd with skin.Drain excess water.

Chop tomato and onion.Chop coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and tomato.Cook till tender.Add garlic, ginger paste.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder.Saute for two minutes.

Add grated bottle gourd.Cook for 7-8 minutes without lid.Till oil separates.

Add besan and cook for two minutes.Add coriander leaves.Our tasty dudhi bhagra is ready to serve.
