Rinse the poha and keep aside

Heat the oil in a deep pan which can hold all the veggies and poha

When the oil is warm, add the jeera and saute.

After a minute of sauteing the jeera add haldi and hing and saute for 3 to 4 minutes till it's fragrant

Add chili, onions, beans, and carrots to the pot and saute for 5 minutes.

Add potato and saute for 5 minutes.

Continue sauteing till the veggies are all tender.

Add poha and stir till thoroughly mixed with veggies.

Turn off heat, squeeze juice of lemon, the chopped cilantro, and pinch of sugar and stir one more time. Serve hot.
