For the ratatouille, sauté the onion and garlic cloves.

Add the diced chorizo and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.

Add all the vegetables, cut in half, and cook over low to medium heat until everything is tender.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, or cold if you prefer.

For the flan: Cut the broccoli into florets and steam for about 10 minutes. Cut the salmon into small cubes and set aside.

Whisk the two eggs until frothy, then add the flour.

Gradually add the milk and mix well.

Season with salt, pepper, and spices like parsley, dill, or others, plus a little lemon juice.
